Must See TV

I don't watch much TV but there are 2 shows I'm loving right now.

The first is HellCats which stars 2 Disney up and comings Aly Michalka and Ashley Tisdale. It's cute, corky and positive and I can watch it with the kids. I like light shows that I don't have to think about especially after years of watching Lost and Nip/Tuk.

The other is Vampire Diaries. My daughter got me into this one. She loves this show. Every Thursday Baby Girl and I and even the Little Man get our Vampire fix for the week by watching Damon, Stefan,  Elena and Now Kathrine do their thing.

Ever wake up thinking it's time to turn that frown upside down?

Enough of the self pity and getting upset about the things that can't be changed.

Life is a gift and how ungrateful it would be not to enjoy every last minute of it.

Sing if you feel like singing.

Dance as if no one is watching.

Be silly just because you can.

Think how much better the quality of life would be.

Be the change you want to see in the world.

It all start with you.
