More Disney..

Today I have been taking it easy cause last night I decided to rearrange the furniture in my house. I switched my scrap area with my living area. I like it much better. There are still some things I will have to adjust but for now it will work. I will try to get some good pics so I can show them here. Later, we are going to dinner with a friend of mine and I will be scrapping the rest of the night.

One more thing... I made it to the 3rd round of the Bad girls Top Designer Challenge. Wish me luck.

Disney.. I love Disney

We had a wonderful weekend. Sunday afternoon we went to see Disney on Ice. I just can't say it enough, I love Disney. I love the feelings of being a kid again when I am there and I get that same feeling when I experience a new Disney adventure. The kids love it too. But I mostly do it for me. I am just luck they enjoy to share these moments with me. I am fully taking advantage of them because I know they won't be there forever.

Mini Album

I have been working on a mini album for Nayshawn and finally got it finished. I don't know, but it is so difficult for me to stay focused long enough to finish one. But I did it, I finished one for Nayshawn. I am really proud of myself, especially since I have been in a funk lately.

Also, I invested in some oil pastels. Don't they look so pretty. I can't wait to try them out. Oh and I am so excited .... I made it to the second round for the Bad Girls Top Designer challenge. If you haven't been by there, stop by and check out all the wonderful talent that have entered this contest. There is so much inspiration on that site right now.

I finally got it..... And my weekend so far

Well I finally got my laptop after a month of waiting. I love it. Isn't it beautiful. This is picture of it on top of my Ikea throw that i bought last week. I love that thing it is so soft and warm.

Yesterday was had to wake up early to bring my car to get it serviced. So while we were waiting we took some pictures. I know people were looking at us like we were crazy but we had fun passing the time. Nayshawn to this picture of Niah.

After that was did some shopping to prepare for hurricane Ike who now looks like he is just going to barely pass us by. Good thing because I do not want to go through a hurricane right now. At the end of the day we ended up at the park. When we got there, there was no one there so I decided to join in on the festivities.

Today I am just taking it easy and doing some house work and reading. Oh and I did watch some cartoons with the kids.

Blah Blah Blah

Posting just because. Let's see, Saturday I took the kids to see Space Chimps. It's a very cute movie. I enjoyed it and the kids really enjoyed it.

Then we took a trip to my favorite store. (IKEA) I bought a chair, a filing cabinet, and a throw. I always have fun going through there and looking at all the beautiful things they have.

Sunday we went over to my sister's house. I got to see my adorable little niece which is always a good thing.
